How to get on board our guided cycling holidays?
The easiest way to book our holidays is by filling in our online booking form. Expect to be asked for your height. Having this information is important in order to provide the right bicycle for your holidays.
Once we receive your booking, we check availability and get back to you as soon as possible. We will also tell whether the departure is guaranteed or not at the time. The rule is: If the departure is guaranteed and sufficient space available, we confirm your booking right away. In any case, we get back to you as soon as possible.
Confirming the booking of your cycling holidays
When confirming, we send an information package, the deposit invoice, a certificate guaranteeing the safety of your deposit and the list of available meeting points (on arrival) and drop-off points (on departure). By the way, you find these places listed on each cycle tour's 'Dates & more' page.
The deposit will be due three months prior to your cycling holidays. And as we get this asked a lot: Yes, you receive the final invoice once you returned home from your cycling holidays.
Organising the whole journey
Now it is time for you to organise your arrival and departure. In case you want us to look into your options to arrive by air or train or to book additional accommodation pre- and post-tour, please talk to us on your earliest convenience. We will be happy to give our advice and to book additional nights at the cycle tour's start and finish.
By the way: Feel invited to pencil in yourself before filling in the initial booking form. This will give you some peace of mind while organising the travel arrangements around your cycling holidays.
Receiving your 'Pre Trip Travel Information'
About two weeks prior to the cycling holidays we send out latest information about your trip. This 'Pre Trip Travel Information' package includes information about meeting your tour guides on arrival, a daily schedule, a guest list, a recommended packing list as well as first insights into local culture, history and habits.
Now you are set and ready to go. Our guides look forward to welcoming you on our guided cycling holidays in Germany and Austria.
