Covid-safe cycle tours
We will run a tour only when all elements of the trip are Covid-safe. Therefore, numerous safety measures have been implemented into our operations and are regularly reviewed and updated.
While you will see some changes in the way we operate the tours, we aim to provide an experience as close to ‘normal’ as possible. We will keep potential inconveniences to a minimum. After all, we truly believe that you enjoy your cycling holidays with us in 2021 as you do in any other year.
Money Back Guarantee
In the unexpected case of being unable to operate your cycling holiday due to Covid-19, for example on the basis of tightened regulations and quarantine rules, we will return any deposit paid, in cash and within 10 days.
You will additionally be able to book the same holiday in any later year at the original cost.
Covid-19 Cancellation & Refund Guarantee
If you are booked on one of our cycling holidays and unable to travel as either you or your travelling companion is diagnosed with Covid-19 or is requested to self-isolate, you may cancel your booking at any time before tour start. Any deposit paid will be refunded, in cash and within 10 days.
Worry-free Payment Terms
You may know our ‘Fair Price’ policy, asking our guests for a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment once the guest returned home safe and sound. We will now delay the deposit due date to eight weeks before departure and hope this will ease your mind.
[To previous guests:] If you have cycled with us before, we are even offering to be paid in one instalment only, at the end of the holidays. Yes, indeed!
