All our guided cycling holidays include a shuttle service from the nearest major airports and train stations as well as from dedicated locations nearby, such as hotels and bus stations. Every route’s 'Travel options' tab on our website provides a list of possible pick-up and drop-off points.
The shuttle operates throughout the entire day, at the beginning and the end of your cycling holiday, and is carried out by one or two mini-busses. If equally convenient, we provide tickets for public transport. However, we only do so in Vienna at the moment.
The time of transfer depends on your further arrangements. When travelling by air, ideally, we wait for you at the airport when you leave the gate and later drop you off ready to check in. However, as there are up
to 15 people arriving (or leaving) over the course of the day, you may have to wait for a moment. Small cafés and a good book will help
you shortening any waiting time.
To organise your shuttle
service we will ask you to provide your travel arrangement information. Please
expect our request with the confirmation of receipt that we will send
shortly after receiving your deposit (due three month prior to departure). Two weeks prior to departure, with sending the Pre-trip Travel Planner, we will then provide all details about your personal transfer.
