Booking your Holiday

Booking a Mercurio cycling holiday is very simple. You can either fill in our electronic form at the end of this page or print out an empty form and send it to us via fax or post. Either way, we check your request and let you know within a couple of days.

Besides the confirmation, we send you an information package, the invoice concerning your deposit and your certificate guaranteeing the safety of your payment. The information package includes all you need to be well prepared for your Mercurio cycling holiday e.g. information concerning local cycling rules, information on how to get there and a customised packing list.

Now it is time for you to organise your personal arrival and departure arrangements. In case you want us to arrange flight tickets or additional hotel reservations just tell us with the booking. We will be happy to do that for you. Additionally we offer a free consulting service on how to get to here. Simply fill in the form provided within the 'How to get there?' pages.
